Shut up! Now listen to me-
What’s the point in holding a pen
When you don’t know how to write?
What’s the point in building your strength
When you won’t be allowed to fight?
What’s the point in wearing a watch
When you have no sense of time?
What’s the point in going to pray
When you’re left with committing no crime?
What’s the point in being able to talk
When you simply can’t convince?
What’s the point in having solved a puzzle 
When you couldn’t do it without the hints?
What’s the point in playing a game
When you’re not making it to the Olympics?
What’s the point in learning to sing
When you sit back and watch what Grammy picks?
What’s the point in getting married
When you don’t love your wife?
What’s the point in breathing fresh air
When you cant even live a life?
What’s the point in cheating for an exam
When you’re failing it as it is?
What’s the point in fixing a target
When you know you’re going to miss?
What’s the point in flirting with her
When you can get her to love?
What’s the point in earning a degree
When you can never rise above?
What’s the point in learning to drive
When you don’t own a car?
What’s the point in owning a car
When you never even travel that far?
What’s the point in writing a book
Which no one’s going to read?
What’s the point in stealing something
That you don’t really need?
What’s the point in painting a picture 
And keeping it to your self?
What’s the point in going out late
When you have to be home by 12?
What’s the point in building a planet
When it’s being destroyed by us?
What’s the point in forming a government
When we blame them for all the fuss?
What’s the point in preaching unity
When we create new boundaries and states?
What’s the point in building the nation
When it’s citizens are being used as baits?
Now don’t think I’ll write a poem 
Evertime you ask me “What’s the point?”
Next time you chide me for drinking
I’ll simply go down for a joint!
